  • Do not use cheats, bots, exploits, or tools that interfere with fair gameplay or service integrity.
  • Do not engage in unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or rights-infringing behavior through our services.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights in the services, including software, artwork, branding, text, audiovisual assets, and underlying technology, are owned by us or our licensors. No ownership rights are transferred to users.

7. Digital Purchases and Platform Billing

Where available, digital purchases are offered through platform stores. Purchases grant a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use digital content within the service.

Transactions on iOS are processed by Apple under Apple App Store terms and policies.

Transactions on Android are processed by Google under Google Play terms and policies.

Refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes are handled by the applicable platform store according to its rules, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

Our services may include links to third-party platforms (for example, Discord, YouTube, TikTok). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

The services are provided on an 'as available' and 'as is' basis, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure operation at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by you to us for the relevant service in the twelve months preceding the claim, where legally enforceable.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your unlawful use of the services, breach of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights, to the extent permitted by law.

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, mandatory consumer protection rights and jurisdiction provisions in your country of residence remain unaffected.

We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
